Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund or exchange, provided the items meet our return conditions. This return period applies to items purchased both in-store and online.

The return period begins on the day you receive the items. For in-store purchases, the return period begins on the date of purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use.

You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when returning items. Returns without proof of purchase may be denied or processed at our discretion.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning items due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact information provided below. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Please package items securely to prevent damage during shipping. Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or customized items, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, items returned after the return period, and items without proof of purchase.

Gift cards and promotional items may also be non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act. Your rights under consumer law are not affected by this policy.

If an item has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund under consumer law, regardless of our return policy. A major fault is one that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or prepared for pickup. Once an order has been shipped or prepared, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our return policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed, you will need to return the items according to our return policy.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5-10 business days after we process your return.

If you paid by cash or check, refunds will be issued by check or store credit. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items do not meet our return conditions or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
